yeah I thought the hallucination scenes were...weird. Especially the one in the bedroom - it gave me the creeps, in a totally bad way.
I'm pretty sure we're supposed to feel how Dean looked at the end--confused, upset and heartbroken. Sam is back, but things aren't magically better, in fact, things seem distinctly off, and that's fantastic, 'cause it's probably going to lead to a great story line
