I'm going to fucking sob. I just saw a spoiler for Season six from Jensen in an article from Brazil and I think I'm going to puke while crying.

I’m excited about next season because we’re pushing the “restart” button.

How come? By the way, how is possible to continue after getting the Apocalypse done?

For the creative aspect, we need to understand we just got over a gigantic climax and we’re getting into an unknown territory. The Apocalypse was avoided. That’s why we getting forward a few years and see where the Winchesters are and how it’s their lives. I can’t help, but think of the final scene of “The Hurt Locker” (2009 Oscar winner), when the main character sees himself in front of a shelf with several cereal boxes and doesn’t know what to do. The guy disarms bombs in Iraq, but gets lost on the supermarket! That is not his reality, just like not being a hunter looks like a different world to Dean. All his life was dedicated to one single task, almost like a voluntary slavery, now it’s time to face the monster of real world. That’s totally new to me, through the acting perspective, and I’ll explore a lot more of Dean’s life, that’s why I’m so excited. A kind of introspective tension, like inside monsters.

I was thinking all along we were - and that that spoiler about a time jump for a show was about ours - getting one, I was just really unsure as to how large of one. But a few years -whimper- That means the boys have been apart for that long which I just don't like - and can't handle. It's just like Stanford all over again.

I'm going to stay optimistic about this. I mean, how do you not go through some kind of time jump after what happened in the S5 season finale? You really can't have everything be all right and things go back to the way they were, at least not one day after the averted apocalypse. Not in my opinion, anyway.

The possibilities are endless as to how this all unfolds, so I'm not going to jump to conclusions and assume the worst, or even assume the best, lol. I'm still really excited to see more spoilers for S6. Maybe that's just me trying to put S5 in the past as quickly as possible, lol, IDEK.

Well I was expecting SOME sort of time jump but not fucking years! I mean Dean is gonna think his brother has endured hell for years and how long would that even be in Hell-Years. I mean, just...no. That and he'll be all attached to Lisa and Ben and not want to go and just agahjlwejarlajwelrjawe rNOOOOOOOOOO. lol

I have one very large concern:

Where is Castiel amoung all this "aftermath" story?

I honestly couldn't give two shits about Castiel so I don't really care. :p

I do know he and Jim were contracted for the first two eps already - but that also means they arent going to be series regulars this year.

I was hoping there wouldn't be a time jump :( Mostly because I don't want the boys to live separate lives, I don't want Dean to settle down and get used to a normal life and be anything but a hunter.

I hope though that the writers somehow manage to make the storyline good anyway...

This sounds pretty awesome to me. I doubt he'll have stuck to Lisa all that time - he seems to love her enough to go right to her when he had no one else, but a tiger can't change his stripes, you know? And am I the ONLY one who didn't think that was Sam at the end?

Probably not but I'm pretty sure it was. I mean, how in the hell would it be Satan? He can't get back out now that easily. :p Plus the expression Jared had on his face wasn't really Luci's. My theory is that when Michael got back out of hell he just took Sam back with him - or maybe it was God. I dunno.

I read that too and I don't like the idea either because yeah, that means that Dean has spent two years with Lisa... can you imagine the implications of that on the decision of leaving them again? He has surely grown attacked to them and that sucks.

Yup, exactly. I dont think he loves her but after spending that amount of time with someone you will get a slight attachment. Though definitely not one as great as it is to Sam - and if they try to go down that road that he's 'in love' with her I will be fucking pissed.

I know. :/ He's just basically going to be doing hunts himself. I kinda hope he actually sticks around though and spies on him a bit.

Same here. :/ I knew there'd probably be at least a little one but I was hoping for none either. But, I already knew Sam wasn't going to go to Dean anyhow so that made that wish impossible. He's going to let him live with Lisa and what he thinks is a happy life that Dean wants. Which ISN'T what he wants.

It sounds horrible... but theory is, there was already a time jump near the very end, between 'the beer' and 'the lamppost' scene. I'm putting my hope in that, anyway.
