I just don't like how people are acting like their feelings on the subject are more important than others. No, that's never good in any situation, and fandom shouldn't do that. (I hate wank with a passion, it's why I'm only very casually involved with fandom in general. I like my squee! No one shall judge or step on it! FREE TO BE YOU AND ME! And so on.) My Flist is blissfully free of any of that drama because all you people on my Flist are pretty much amazing sauce. (:
