I'm pretty sure that the icon is made from a screen cap from 208 Crossroads blues ep, the scene where they stood on the crossroad (daylight) and they dug out the box.

The pic is 122 for sure, when they were preparing for getting their dad, and Sam were drawing symbols on the Impala.

Do you need caps or just scenes?:)
