New Ville pics place

So I've decided to make a new Ville pictures community, but, I've been thinking and I've come up with several conclusions that the comm is /for sure/ going to have.

- Posts will be moderated by me beforehand for the time being.
- Not open membership.
- Any posts that contain pics that I, personally, have seen a hundred times will not be accepted.
- Any comments that even hint at drama will be deleted and the members will be given warnings. (Three strikes and - you know the drill.)
- No stupid, silly questions.
- News will be accepted, but it must be recent, not already heard and placed under a cut.
- Cuts are /required./ If someone did it wrong when posting, I will re-do it.
- No rumors.

I'm still deciding on whether certain people's graphics should be accepted...any thoughts on this?

Pretty much the new comm will be mainly new pics of Ville, recent news, and /maybe/ graphics. I'm not sure yet.

Just remember that all posts will be modded by me so no unwanted nuisance ones will be seen. :]

Now, I REALLY need help with a comm name. Nothing with 'elite' in it though...I want it to say 'valo' or 'ville' somewhere in it for sure though...I'm just stuck on as to what /exactly/ it should be.

If you have any questions/comments/ or suggestions PLEASE don't hesitate to comment. I want to be entirely sure that people will join and make use of this if i decide to go through with it.

(Also, I would need a layout. *puppy eyes*)
